Pumpkin Pasties

"I like a quiet life, you know me."

I got really lazy this week. Like, REALLY lazy.


The next one will be less lazy, but this is what I have for now.


INGREDIENTS
Pre-made cookie dough
Pre-made pumpkin pie filling

That's it. Again, lazy. (I didn't have much kitchen access, though, due to remodeling. Does that count?)


Step 1: Preheat oven to 350. Cut cookie dough into roughly 12 chunks (as so)


Step 2: Put chunks in cupcake tin and squish up the sides


Step 3: Spoon pumpkin pie filling into each little cup.


Step 4: Bake for 40 minutes. Nom.

That's it. The easiest, laziest pumpkin pasties recipe ever. I may make proper ones later, but meh. I'm as lazy as Harry and Ron are about homework.


And though they were a little squishy on the bottoms, mostly these were wonderful. Kudos to you, JKR.
